PASCAL´S PRINCIPLE
|
Pascal’s principle states that when pressure is applied to a fluid in an enclosed space, the pressure is transmitted equally throughout the fluid. This means that the pressure inside an enclosed liquid is the same everywhere.
For example if you squeeze a closed plastic bottle, the pressure at every point in the fluid inside will be the same. ("Pascal’s Law For Kids – Physics Homework Help", 2017) |
